  Upon completing the registration process the user will receive a password and account designation. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and is fully responsible for all activities that occur under the user’s password or account.   Tangcloud.co provides a number of internet based services through the website (all services collectively understood as "Service") Cloud Storage & Allied Services.

• Privacy Policy

  The User hereby consents, expresses and agrees that he/she has read and fully understands the Privacy Policy of Tangcloud.co in respect of the website and its contents. The user further consents that the terms and contents of such Privacy Policy are acceptable to him/her.

• Limited User

  The eligibility of use of service of Tangcloud.co website and its contents is limited to a registered user only. The User agrees and undertakes not to alter, modify, copy, reproduce, distribute, transfer, transmit, display, publish, license, create derivative works, or sell any information or software obtained from the website.

• Categories of Users or Accounts

  The company may at its sole discretion create differentiated categories of accounts in addition to the standard account with or without varying or increased benefits. Such accounts with enhanced benefits may be called Premium accounts, and the company may limit transfer or inheritance of such extra benefits. As on date, all transfers or sale of existing Premium Accounts will result in the Premium Account being converted to a Normal Account or Standard Account.

  The user agrees and undertakes to use the website and other social media platforms of Tangcloud.co only to post and upload messages and material that are only relevant to the service and business undertaken and promoted by VMSPL.

  By way of example, and not as a limitation, the user agrees that when using a service, the user shall not

• Exactitude of Products

  At Tangcloud , it's our passion to ensure our highest quality of our products and ensure your satisfaction. However, at times even the best of our efforts doesn’t meet your desired expectations. In such instances, replacement of products or refund of amount paid will be as per our product return policy.

  Tangcloud.co owns all Intellectual Property Rights to and into the website, including, without limitation, any and all rights, title and interest in and to copyright, related rights, patents, utility models, trademarks, trade names, service marks, designs, know-how, trade secrets and inventions (whether patentable or not), goodwill, source code, meta tags, databases, text, content, graphics, icons, and hyperlinks. The user understands and agrees that any material and/or data downloaded or otherwise obtained through the website is done entirely at their own discretion and risk and user will be solely responsible for any damage to their computer systems or loss of data that results from the download of such material and/or data.

  Tangcloud.co is not responsible for payments of monthly rentals to the Asset Owner under the AMPA. Such payments are made by the concerned Lessee directly. In case the Lessee fails to make monthly rental payments for three consecutive months, Tangcloud.co shall be responsible to arrange for another Lessee entity who will take the Data Centre Assets on rent from the Asset Owners. Tangcloud.co will also, as a matter of courtesy and good will, pay an amount equal to the missed rental payment to the Asset Owner. Such payments are not to be treated as rental payment by VMSPL to the Asset Owner.

• Report Abuse

  As per these Terms, users are solely responsible for every material or content uploaded on to the Website or related social media platforms. Tangcloud.co does not review the contents in any way before they appear on the website. Tangcloud.co does not verify, endorse or otherwise vouch for the contents of any user or any content generally posted or uploaded on to the Website. Users can be held legally liable for their contents and may be held legally accountable if their contents or material include defamatory comments or material protected by copyright, trademark, etc.
